An additional last-minute announcement

This is the last circular sent to you before the conference.

a) Program and abstracts: The scientific program and the abstracts are now available at http://seismology.astron.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/Fujihara_seminar2012/

b) Reception: A welcome reception will be held in the room "Musashi" on the 2nd floor of the annex building of the Prince Hakone from 18:30 on the 25th November (Sunday). All participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited.

c) To those who present poster: The poster space is available in the main conference room "Sagami" on the 1st floor of the main building of the Prince Hakone. Please set up your poster on the board of the corresponding poster number. The poster boards will be ready by 5 pm on the 25th November (Sunday). All posters will be on display till the end of the scientific sessions. The size of a poster should not exceed W900 mm H2100 mm.

d) Network: High-speed internet wired connection is available at each guest room, but no wireless. If your computer is MacBook Air, please don't forget to bring a USB LAN adapter.

e) Electricity: The voltage in Japan is 100 Volt, and Japanese electrical plugs have two, non-polarized pins, which fit into North American outlets. see http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2225.html

f) If you need a receipt issued by the LOC rather than the one issued by the hotel at check-in, the LOC will be happy on request to issue you a receipt for your registration fee in exchange for the receipt issued by the hotel.
